• Some banks do not support online purchases. In that case, the billing name on your invoice may appear as a different name rather than 2FDeal (such as IMAXSHOPS.COM, yolaclothing, or pipoclothing, or others). This is normal.
• To lower the risk of bank refusal, our payment agent allows a maximum of 3 successful payments within 24 hours. If you are placing repeat orders, please arrange them to match this restriction.
• Credit card payments may fail — usually because the bank refused the transaction or the payment channel was abnormal. Bank refusals are generally caused by the card issuer considering the transaction risky. Please contact your bank to cancel this restriction and resolve the payment failure.
3D Validation (3DS)
To enhance cardholder security, a 3D verification step has been implemented. When making a payment, you may be asked to complete one of the following verification methods: fingerprint, SMS verification, or facial recognition. Please complete this additional layer of protection to finish your transaction.
Payment Caveats
1) If a payment fails, please do not keep retrying — contact our customer service at support@2fdeal.com right away.
2) Please make sure your credit card limit is sufficient to cover your order.
3) Please make sure your shipping and billing address is complete and detailed, so your bank can approve the payment request.
4) If a credit card payment fails, contact your card issuer to check whether additional authorization is required (inform the cardholder of the most recent failed order).
5) After multiple failed attempts, you may need to wait 24 hours before trying again.

At 2FDeal we ship worldwide from our warehouses and work with reliable carriers to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This page explains how long delivery takes, which shipping methods are available, and how to track your package.
Your estimated delivery time is calculated with a simple formula:
Estimated delivery time = Product shipping time + Estimated shipping time of your chosen shipping method
Public holidays and weekends are excluded when calculating the estimated delivery time. Delivery estimates are based on average shipping times — actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance in your country and is not guaranteed.
2FDeal has five types of products regarding how quickly they leave our warehouse:

| Sourcing On Demand |
We source the product for you on request. Dispatching can take up to 14 business days in total: 7 business days to confirm whether we can find the product, then another 7 business days to process the order. These are generally older or harder-to-find products, so we cannot guarantee availability. If we cannot find the product, we will notify you within 7 business days after payment and issue a refund. |
1) While we always try to indicate the most accurate shipping time, the final dispatch time may change due to supply chain complexity. We strive to ship before the deadline.
2) We recommend placing separate orders for products with different shipping times. If you mix them in one order, your order's shipping time is determined by the longest-shipping-time product in the entire order.
3) All timing starts only after payment is completed, and after you provide any necessary materials if requested for large orders.
4) If we can ship two or more of your orders at the same time, we will combine them into one package when possible. Let us know if you prefer them shipped separately.
5) We may split an order to send out ready products first, with or without notification. Let us know if you do not want your order to be split.
Orders are fulfilled from our China warehouse. All-inclusive pricing applies to the methods marked “tax free” — duties and customs handling are covered, with no extra payment on delivery. For EU orders, VAT is already included in the price shown at checkout.
