Return Policy Overview
At 2FDeal, we stand behind the products we sell. If something goes wrong with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines your options depending on the situation — whether your item arrived damaged, is defective, or simply not what you ordered.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
2FDeal guarantees safe delivery of your orders. If an item arrives damaged or non-functional:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Ship the product back using the least expensive shipping method.
- 2FDeal will exchange the item or issue a full refund.
- Return shipping charges are reimbursed by 2FDeal.
Product Warranty (Defective / Faulty Under Normal Use)
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all products carry a 3-month warranty counted from the date of shipment.
Within 1 Month of Shipment
- Return the defective item and we will replace it and ship it back to you free of charge.
- Return shipping is reimbursed up to $40 or 50% of the item's price, whichever is lower.
Within 3 Months of Shipment
- Return the defective item and we will replace it and ship it back to you free of charge.
- Return shipping reimbursement is not available during this period.
After 3 Months
- You may still send the defective item back to 2FDeal.
- We will pass the item to the manufacturer and help coordinate repairs.
- You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
- The manufacturer may assess additional fees depending on the issue. We will contact you before proceeding with any paid repairs.
Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Mailed
If you receive an item that does not match its product description or is not what you ordered:
- Contact us and we will exchange the item or issue a full refund.
- Ship the products back using the least expensive shipping method.
- 2FDeal covers all return shipping charges.
An "item not as described" is defined as either a significant specification difference or a primary product appearance that differs substantially from what was shown on the product page before ordering.
Refunds
You have two options when it comes to refunds:
Option 1: Refund to Original Credit Card
- The refund is processed back to the original credit card used at checkout.
- It typically takes 3-8 business days for the funds to appear in your account. The exact timing is determined by your bank or card issuer.
Option 2: Store Credit (Gift Certificate)
- Instead of a cash refund, you may choose to receive a gift certificate (store credit) of equivalent value.
- Store credit can be used on any future order at 2FDeal with no restrictions.
- This option is available regardless of when the payment was made.
When requesting a return, let us know which option you prefer. If you do not specify, we will process the refund back to your original credit card by default.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@2fdeal.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos if the item arrived damaged or appears defective.
- We will issue an RMA number and provide the return shipping address within 24 business hours.
- Ship the item back using the least expensive method (unless otherwise instructed).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the replacement or refund.
