Return Policy Overview

At 2FDeal, we stand behind the products we sell. If something goes wrong with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines your options depending on the situation — whether your item arrived damaged, is defective, or simply not what you ordered.


Dead on Arrival (DOA)

2FDeal guarantees safe delivery of your orders. If an item arrives damaged or non-functional:


Product Warranty (Defective / Faulty Under Normal Use)

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all products carry a 3-month warranty counted from the date of shipment.

Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Mailed

If you receive an item that does not match its product description or is not what you ordered:

An "item not as described" is defined as either a significant specification difference or a primary product appearance that differs substantially from what was shown on the product page before ordering.


Refunds

You have two options when it comes to refunds:

Option 1: Refund to Original Credit Card

Option 2: Store Credit (Gift Certificate)

When requesting a return, let us know which option you prefer. If you do not specify, we will process the refund back to your original credit card by default.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@2fdeal.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include photos if the item arrived damaged or appears defective.
  3. We will issue an RMA number and provide the return shipping address within 24 business hours.
  4. Ship the item back using the least expensive method (unless otherwise instructed).
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the replacement or refund.
