2FDeal operates a multi-warehouse network designed to get your order to you as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Based in Shenzhen, China — the world's manufacturing hub for atomizers and vape gear — we are strategically positioned at the center of the supply chain that matters most to our customers.
Below is an overview of our current warehouse facilities and the shipping options available from each.
China Warehouse (Main Facility)
Our primary warehouse and distribution center located in Shenzhen, China. The vast majority of our inventory is stored here, and all orders placed on 2FDeal are fulfilled from this facility unless otherwise noted.

Note: All EU Express, US Direct, Japanese Express, and Korea Special Line shipments from the China warehouse are tax-free and customs-cleared — no additional duties or paperwork for the recipient.
Processing Times (China Warehouse)
24 HRS Items — Ships within 24 working hours after payment. Look for the "24 HRS" tag on product pages.
Normal Items — Ships within 3-14 business days after payment.
Pre-Order Items — Shipping time is indicated on the product page. Pre-ordering secures your place in the shipping queue and often saves you money.
Coming-Soon Items — Listed for early awareness. Product status changes once officially released. Subscribe on the product page for notifications.
Bonded Warehouse
Our Bonded Warehouse is a specialized facility that holds pre-cleared inventory with streamlined customs processing. Products shipped from the bonded warehouse benefit from reduced customs handling time and simplified cross-border logistics.

Important Notes on Multi-Warehouse Orders
- If your order contains items from different warehouses, we may split the shipment to send available items first — or combine them if possible. Let us know if you have a preference.
- If you mix items with different processing times (e.g., 24 HRS + Pre-Order) in one order, the entire order ships when the slowest item is ready. For faster delivery, place separate orders.
- All order processing begins after payment is confirmed. For large or custom orders, additional documentation may be required.
